Refund policy
At Tiwa Luxe Accessories, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return an item, in line with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
Exchanges If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us at shop@tiwaluxeaccessories.store and we'll be happy to assist.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop@tiwaluxeaccessories.store with your order number and a photo of the issue.
